ARES OI!

YES! I'm back from the 4d3n camp. Sounds very long & draggy but time really flies, & it seems like a very short camp.


How's the camp? I got one word: AWESOME (Y)


Though at times its kinda boring like on the first day, it improved much more over the past 3 days & my Orientation Group members opened up! Playing all the games tgt were really fun.


First day!

Reached the place, assembled & everything, learnt cheers. I was supposed to be in Ares but they put me in Apollo. Then after I learn the Apollo cheer they asked me to go Ares -_-

But it wasn't a bad thing at all! AR4 aka Axaye is the best (Y) Axaye came from the word sexy but we modified to suit Ares :) All the ppl were very friendly. Introduced around & asked for each other's courses. Thr were 4 others in BS like me! :)

Cant really rmb what else happened alr but at night after dinner we went to a lecture room & watched Percy Jackson, whooo! Great movie even though its the second time I watched it (Y) Then after that my group mate & I were paired up with 2 other guys to go for the night walk!

The starting of the night walk was damn nice, very well-organised & scary though I didnt scream ^^ Hahaha at the first station supposed to go inside a toilet & collect some marble. Then when going out that time I felt someone beside me, not one of us. Then the person screamed in my ear. I chua tio sia but kept calm :) The guys were amazed ahaha.

The second station just crawled around under tables, third one must find a marble again but cant find. So kinda spoilt the effect. But overall it was good (Y) I seriously wanna go for it again. & this time I dont mind solo-ing :)


Second day!

Did a mass dance I think, was paired with this guy from the same course as me too. Learn the steps & everything then proceeded on with the games. Dirty games.

Thr's this station whr we have to pass a string through everyone's clothes & guess what? A block of butter will me slided through us. OMG I can tell you its perfectly disgusting but had to complete it!

After that went this station where they poured flour on us. The last one must use butter, oil & food stuffs to make a story. In the end it became a butter fight LOL! Started attacking each other with butter. Fun man! Although very gross.

At night also played station games involving alot of cheering.


Third day!

Imho, it was the BEST day! We played water games in the afternoon. Omg the dip in the pool was amazing on such a hot day. Splashed water at each other & cheered. Played water scissors-paper-stone, where we pwned the other team >:) Muahahaha.

At night we headed for Convention Centre for the Campfire! Loved our power cheer, the Group Leaders' skits (Y) Amirul was Darth Varder & Jivan was Hades HAHA! Seriously great job GLs :)

Then we headed upstairs for the clubbing section! When I entered the place I was like, WOW. The lightings, the area, the sound system, the effects, the smokes & the music were super super awesome. Danced & sang with Axaye & Cass! Damn shiok. Huimin & Shaowen pro man. Esp Huimin. Continuously danced the same routine for 2 hours non-stop!! Her hair & skin were all wet after that. Power! I jumped & jumped & jumped until I was super tired zomg.

No lights out that day! But we cant sleep, once we sleep the crew ppl would come & put toothpaste & draw on our face. So I was constantly slipping in & out of consciousness, on the running track cos we were held at this sports complex. Nice stars in the sky but the ground was super hard. Toughest night I ever had. The next morning was horrid. Can't even open my eyes lor. Can even fall asleep while I'm packing my stuff.


Fourth day!

Last day, damn sad ): Had our last breakfast tgt & did some cheering. Then went to a lecture theatre to watch some videos & sang some songs. Almost all the GLs cried & I felt very sad too.

Went back to the sports complex & did our last power cheer. Saw GL Amirul crying, then GL Keane too. Felt so T_T omg. After that received our Ares badges & hugged the GLs. Had a photo taking session. Ares Axaye <3

Missing the GLs & Axaye alot right now. Hope got mass outing soon ^^

Though I am suffering from After Camp Effects (ACE) like headache muscle pains tiredness sunburnt skin awful tan lines sore throat but I DONT CARE cos I totally enjoyed myself yo! :D

Oh & I went for work ystd despite waking up with a throbbing headache & feeling faint. Struggled to work. Fearing I might fall sick I drank lots of water ^^ Slowly felt better I think.

OH & ONGRUOQI aka PORK came with her whole family to NY to eat ystd!! She purposely put her camera on flash to catch my attention wth. Helped them to order & had some chatting ahaha. & pork ate fiery fish. Thanks ah! Introed BBQ ribs to pork's dad Ong Bee Guan & he said it was good ^^ HAHAHA. Thanks for coming pork! Made my day man seriously.
